Birch Road Capital is an investment company founded in 2026 that acquires great Michigan-based businesses. The firm looks for established small to medium-sized companies with strong underlying economics and the potential to grow. Businesses are acquired with the intent to be held for the long term, not resold. We aim to be a permanent home for our acquisitions in the style of Berkshire Hathaway.
